For sister company Campus Offices, HOLD has realized a sustainable expansion at the Campus location in Den Bosch (Campus Hambaken). HOLD provides the ideal solution to accelerate Campus' sustainability ambitions. On part of the parking lot, we realized a five-story HOLD building of seven lanes deep, with a gross floor area of 4,000 m².
After completion, sister company Campus Offices set to work preparing the building for its first tenants. Because HOLD buildings have a high-end finish level, the main concern was aesthetic finishing. For example, Campus implemented its recognizable interior design style in the floor finishes and furniture, the second floor was divided into office units with the flexible wall system, and additional meeting rooms were created in the core section.
On Wednesday, May 8, the building was officially opened by Den Bosch's alderman - just over a year after construction began.
