PROJECT INFORMATION
Campus Hambaken Timber is the first multi-tenant wooden office building in Den Bosch manufactured and assembled by HOLD. Construction of the building was completed in January 2025.

Voor zusteronderneming Campus Offices heeft HOLD een duurzame uitbreiding gerealiseerd op de Campus-locatie in Den Bosch (Campus Hambaken). HOLD biedt de ideale oplossing om de duurzaamheidsambities van Campus te versnellen. Op een deel van het parkeerterrein hebben we een vijflaags HOLD-gebouw van zeven stramienen diep gerealiseerd, met een bruto vloeroppervlak van 4.200 m².
After completion, sister company Campus Offices set to work preparing the building for its first tenants. Because HOLD buildings have a high-end finish level, the main concern was aesthetic finishing. For example, Campus implemented its recognizable interior design style in the floor finishes and furniture, the second floor was divided into office units with the flexible wall system, and additional meeting rooms were created in the core section.
On Wednesday, May 8, the building was officially opened by Den Bosch's alderman - just over a year after construction began.
